Wide sound spectrum, hotter than any epiphone I've owned etc. They get good reviews and I can see why. They are amazingly strong sounding. I personally like the satin finish, it's more matte than gloss.
This guitar comes with an Epiphone les paul guitar case. It is black with a gold E on it. It's just not stock so, a black quarter inch washer nut would an addition; however, it is not falling off or anything the way it is. Other then that I see nice thick white cushions on the strap buttons. Not sure if those are stock, but they are plush. The finish is reliced so look up'road worn' if you are not familiar with ESP's use of the term/finish.
In other words the old owner did not gig the thing etc. It seems like it's been in the case. I an not as knowledgable of the 256's, but the epiphones I know well.
This is a nice thrash metal version of a korean epiphone les paul in my mind. One last feature I noticed/like. They make the neck thicker behind the nut. I wish all les pauls had that.
It really helps/is a nice feature. They usually post so public/buyers can all see.
