This Tele has been in storage since new (year 2010) and even has the original strings! Played not more than 5 times. There are pictures of the original paperwork (Advertisement and guitar tag) from Sam Ash in New York City that comes with her. Before discontinuing the Road Worn series in 2019, the Fender shop had watered-down their relic work in the last several years.
The majority of the Road Worn series have much lighter wear or even no wear at all. I admire the way Fender was carefully crafting their relic work ten-years ago. This year 2010 Telecaster has been carefully crafted by Fender to create the road worn/relic appearance - as the pictures clearly show.I have many Fender telecasters and can sincerely tell you that this one has mojo and a real dream to playas good as my custom shop models in my opinion (at a fraction of the price). Original hard case is thrown-in for FREE. This is a very rare find. The item "Fender Road Worn'50s Telecaster 2010 Aged Relic Electric Guitar & Case Rare" is in sale since Thursday, March 25, 2021.
