This is a stereo head, with a blackface and a plexi channel. Amazing versatility and fantastic at low volume. There are only 50 of these in existence, and this is serial number 46. This amp also has the Tre mod, which became a standard production modification to the blackface circuit.

Older production amps were suggested to be sent back so they could be updated with this voicing. I have the speaker cabinet wired for stereo. Theres a vintage 30, and a lead 80 in the cab. Ive used this amp both live and in the studio extensively. Its super convenient having a stereo setup in one amp.

Also, the foot switch allows you to blend between the blackface and plexi channels.. So there are a lot of unique tones in between the two channels.
